When will my order be shipped?
Once payment has been approved:
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- You will receive an email with the download link, when applicable.
- Additionally, your purchase will be available in your customer account, where you can access and download your files when you need them.
In most cases, delivery is immediate after payment confirmation.
I changed my mind and no longer want the products. Can I return them?
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Downloadable digital products.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products that have been used, washed, or modified.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on clearance or at a discount, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
